Checkout, Payment and Shipping rules

Choose the products you want to buy, put them in the cart. When all you want is in the cart, click on "ORDER". This will take you to the page where you have to enter your details and choose the payment and delivery method.

Order processing and delivery time
Orders will be processed 1-3 working days. Delivery time 2-5 business days depending on load and order volume. The goods are shipped after payment of the order.

You can pay for the order: by card; with Bank transfer; e-bank link (Paysera).

All items purchased at have a manufacturer guaranty- 14 days from the date of purchase.

Remember! The manufacturer’s guaranty conditions apply if you can present proof of purchase (receipt, bill). The manufacturer’s guaranty is void if:

  • for damage caused by the buyer, by the fault of the user;
  • the product has not been used for its intended purpose and has not been used in accordance with the instructions for use;
  • item damaged by the client;
  • if the product shows signs of unqualified repair;
  • natural wear and tear of the elements;
  • the guaranty does not cover damage due to improper transportation.

Return of products
It is possible to return the product according to the terms of the distance contract – 7 days if customer not satisfied with it. The item must be unused. We reimburse the value of the item and the delivery costs. We will not refund the shipping costs on return. There is no return option for a personalized item made to the customer’s specific specifications and preferences. The exception is a non-conforming product or a defective product.
